Our Story

Before mind-blowing highlights lived in your pocket, lacrosse was relegated to the far corners of broadcast television. As both the game and the internet got faster, a group came together with one goal in mind: grow the sport of lacrosse through the power of media. Instead of letting names like Gait and Powell fade into fuzzy VHS memory, these legends were brought to life in the Digital Age and a new platform was established for future stars to be born.

The Lacrosse Network was founded by Colin Rosenblum & Samir Chaudry in 2010, and since then, TLN has made massive strides forward – evolving into what is now the largest lacrosse media company in the world.

With a fundamental purpose to grow the game on a global level, TLN is built on quality storytelling, cinematography, and the strength of a rapidly growing community to deliver fresh lacrosse content every single day.

What We Cover

TLN touches every corner of the lacrosse ecosystem. From the X’s and O’s to references in pop culture, we are the home for all things lacrosse. We aim to provide the worldwide lacrosse community with reliable information and quality entertainment on a daily basis. We often say “Grow the game”… well it’s growing, and it’s growing fast. As the intersection between lacrosse and mainstream sports culture expands, TLN will continue to lead the sport into the future. From youth, to high school, to college, to professional — and soon to the Olympics in 2028 — no corner of the lacrosse universe will be left uncovered.

Lacrosse's Roots

Lacrosse is the oldest sport in North America – a precious gift from the indigenous people. Earning the moniker of “The Creator’s Game” or “The Medicine Game”, lacrosse would not be the sport of the future without its noble past. While the rules and techniques have evolved over centuries, the core of the game is still rooted in Native American history. The Lacrosse Network strives to connect current athletes with the players of the past, and honor the origin of the game by strengthening the understanding of lacrosse’s ancestral roots.
